The bishop establishes the College ofhte Annunciation, set in the Hall of the Annunciation; it is dated at Hoxne. This is followed by confirmations (in the same hand) by Thomas bishop of Ely, dated at Hatfield, 1 January (1352) and by the chancellor and masters of the university, dated at Cambridge, 6 January 1352.
