In 1599 the trustees under the will of Mrs Joyce Frankland purchased the manor of Dabernoons, Duxford, Cambridgeshire in reversion on the death of Jane Middlemas. The manor was conveyed by the trustees to the College in 1611.
1648 - Purchase of two tenements for 'Old' College Farmhouse.
1823 - Hitch's tenement purchased (XXXV, 7, 7a)
Enclosure - College obtained large allotment away from the village.
1845 - Sale of part of land to Eastern Counties Railway Company
1867-8 - Farms divided into West and East Farms.
1868 - 3 cottages built on West Farm
1880 - portion of land sold to Thomas Holiday
1883 - New farmhouse built at West Farm, now known as College Farm
1891-3 - Petersfield estate purchased from J. Oslar (XXXV, 15)
1939 - Purchase of land from Harding (XXXV, 38-40)

Catherine Hall produced a schedule to accompany XXXV, I [Box 1] (Attached to Duxford file); and labelled each envelope of XXXV, I with the parties, date and type of charter. She also produced a schedule of properties with OS numbers, which identifies properties as highlighted in Bidwells B1319 map, gives details regarding their provenance and identifies the deeds for each property by RM number (attached to Duxford file which accompanies the remaining deeds).
