The tenerments are described as in the parishes of St Benet and St Botollf, beside the tenement of the brothers of the hospital of St John, abutting on Lurtburgh Lane 'strate' at one end, and on the cemetery of St Botolf and the tenement of the vicar of St Botolf at the other..5 witnesses named. Dated at Terrington. On one indenture, seal of Gonville with three scallops on bend (not chevron); on the other seal of the college representing the Annunciation.
