Report on the architecture and condition of the Gate of Honour with a list of drawings and rubbings made of the gate commissioned by the College on the recommendation of Dr J.H. Middleton of King's College in 1889. Accompanied by an incomplete set of drawings, measurements and rubbings taken from the Gate. Still extant in this collection are a complete set of 35 drawings of details drawn full size on the spot, 24 measurements of drawings to scale, and 16 rubbings.
